So in no particular seasonal order here's our list of things we've had for dinner so far!
- Macaroni and cheese (make your own cheese sauce)
- Pasta with Tomato Cream Sauce (or any sauce, Red Pepper, Alfredo, etc)
- Veggie Stirfry
- Bean and Cheese Burritos
- Minestrone Soup and biscuits
- Homemade pizza (try basil, tomatoes and mozzarella)
- Risotto
- Cheese, cracker and veggie and dip platter
- A big salad and breadsticks
- Pasta or potato salad
- Nachos
- Loaded baked potato
- Layered bean dip and tortilla chips
- Bruschetta or olive cheese bread with butter parmesan linguine
- Mexican rice (black beans, corn, tomatoes,cheese)
- Bean chili
- Grilled cheese and tomato soup
- Spring rolls and a side of steamed veggies and rice
- Lasagna
- Cauliflower cheese soup
- Bean, corn, green onion and tomato quesadillas
- Pierogies fried with green onions and served with sour cream
