Ten foods in your kitchen that contain gruesome poisons

There is an interesting list posted on io9 today on the toxins and chemicals found in food.
I'll summarize the list here and you can read the full article on io9.
  1. Potatoes
  2. Cashews
  3. Rhubarb
  4. Egg whites
  5. Whole wheat and rye bread
  6. Kidney beans
  7. Almonds, cherries, apples, apricots, and many other seeds
  8. Mushrooms
  9. Every green thing you've ever eaten
  10. Castor Beans

I'm not really sure what to take away from this list, but it was interesting. These foods are both nutritious and deadly. Hmmm, what do you think?
